We are a 10 minute drive from Cooperstown All Star Village and a 25 Minute drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park

The apartment comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and each bed size is an extra long full (very close to a Queen). So while it will comfortably sleep 6, the maximum legal occupancy is 10.

All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once booked.
In the event that we reach full capacity for your week, we will maintain a waitlist and fill any cancellation requests from that list in the order the requests are received. If we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund less the 5% card processing fee.
You are welcome to find a replacement guest on your own at any time. If you are able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund less the 5% card processing fee.
Should you wish to be put on a cancelation wait list or send us a replacement guest, please notify us in writing by emailing info@hillsidestay.com so we can assist.

Depending on your pet, yes! Things like dogs and cats are fine but if you have something else, please ask us before your arrival. We do NOT collect any additional deposit for a pet but it is understood that any damage cause by the pet is able to be billed back to the card on file.

Yes we do! Each booking comes with 1 (one) free spot in our private access lot. Additional spots may be purchased for $99.95 each. Spaces aren’t infinite so please contact us upon booking to arrange for that. We do reserve the right to not issue parking passes if the lot is full.

Check-in is from 3:30pm to 9:00pm on the first day of your stay and check-out is from 8:00am to 9:30am on the final morning of your stay. If you need to check-in after hours please let us know prior. You must be checked out by 9:30am.

The dates of the stay are rigid and are not able to be amended. We only have a certain number of apartments available so if dates were to be changed, reservations would overlap.
