Rental Item Policy
To ensure rental items remain available and in good condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:
Condition & Care: All rental chairs must be returned in their original condition. Please handle with care and use them as intended.
Cleaning Fee: Chairs that require cleaning upon return will incur a $20 cleaning fee.
Damage or Loss: Chairs that are damaged beyond normal use, lost, or not returned will incur a $50 replacement fee.
Delivery of Items:
Items reserved prior to arrival will be placed in your unit before check-in.
Items rented during your stay will be delivered to your unit as soon as possible after your request.
Return Instructions: At the end of your stay, please leave all rental items in the living room of your unit for collection.
