Rental Item Policy
Price reflects access to your rental item for the duration of your stay (6 days/6 nights). Discounts will not be given for items rented after arrival. To ensure rental items remain available and in good condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:
Condition & Care: All rental wagons must be returned in their original condition. Please handle with care and use them as intended.
Cleaning Fee: Wagons that require cleaning upon return will incur a $20 cleaning fee.
Damage or Loss: Wagons that are damaged beyond normal use, lost, or not returned will incur a $75 replacement fee.
Delivery of Items:
Items reserved prior to arrival will be placed in your unit before check-in.
Items rented during your stay will be delivered to your unit as soon as possible after your request.
Return Instructions: At the end of your stay, please leave all rental items in the living room of your unit for collection.
